2. Takedown Procedure

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification containing:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction of any U.S. federal court where we may be found).

Send counter-notifications to the same email address above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringers

QuickDuck reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
