DMCA Copyright Policy

QuickDuck respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines how to report alleged copyright infringement.


1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content available on QuickDuck (including coloring pages, images, or text) infringes your copyright, please send a notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or other location on our website where the infringing material is located.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Make a good faith attempt to contact the user who posted the material, if applicable, and provide them with a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name, address, and email address.
  • Identification of the material and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction of any U.S. federal court where we may be found).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to the same email address above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.


4. Repeat Infringers

QuickDuck reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.


5. Modifications

We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
